What is Speed-Networking?

We have streamlined the networking process. At our events you will meet more people in less time than any other event you have been to. Not only will you meet them, but you will have contact info on the spot. Each MetroCard that you exchange at the event will include your name, company name, services & products offered, prospects / target market, contact info, a picture of yourself so they can remember you (if you attach one), as well a little personal information such as your interests and hobbies to make connection points.

After the event you will be able to review all the participants’ profile information including contact info, a link to their website, and a picture on-line any time you want. That means if 6 months down the road you remember meeting a web designer that you really liked you will be able to pull up their profile and contact them. It is that simple.

Business is personal. Get to know people before you hire them. Or use your excellent personal skills to attain new business or to create partnerships or alliances. Whatever your interest, you opportunities are endless! If you are going to spent time networking—do it in speed—Speed-Networking!

What is Speed-Meeting?

The perfect way to get together and meet other people with similar interests. You never know who you will meet!

What is Speed-Dating?

Speed dating—it has been on Oprah, 20/20, USA Today, Fox.  It has been all over the news.  The Bachelor did it.  Joe Millionaire did it.  

It is unlike anything you have ever experienced on your typical night out.  You’ll meet up to 25 quality people of the opposite sex in a series of 3 to 8 minute mini-dates.  Each mini-date will give you a few minutes to speak with each person, check for chemistry, decide if you are interested, and then you are off to explore other options. 

It is like being at a tapas bar; you don’t only want to look at options on the menu, but you choose to sample them all, and then select your favorites.  This allows you to quickly eliminate the people you’re not interested in and continue with the ones you were attracted to most.

Before you know it, you will be in a room full of attractive, articulate, confident and unattached singles, many of whom you have already met.  You are sure to find at least one person you are interested in.  And the best part is, it’s guaranteed!  You will feel the energy in the room increase as everyone makes connections and gets to know each other.  This will create a unique vibe making each party exciting, fun, and a one of its kind experience that you won’t want to miss!

How does it work?

In one night we will arrange up to 25 mini-dates that last from 3-8 minutes each. Each lady sits at a table and the men rotate from table to table. At the end of each mini-date you will write on your dating sheet if you’d like to see that person again.  After the event make you final selections and turn in your date sheet to the administrator.  When there is a match, your e-mail addresses will be exchanged within 48 hours. It is that easy!  From here, it is up to you to make contact at your leisure.

During the event no one is allowed to ask for your contact information, where you work, or for a date.  This makes our events pressure and rejection free and alleviates the stress of talking to new people.
