Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your reservation please send an e-mail to cancel@metropolitannites.com with your name, e-mail address, and the event that you have made a reservation to attend.  Please be familiar with our Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

If you give us at least 72 hours notice of your cancellation, we'll happily refund your registration fee. We are not able to give refunds on less than 72 hours notice. However, if you find out less than 72 hours before the event that you can't make it, just let us know, and we will do our best to transfer your registration to another event that fits your schedule. Note: If you entirely miss the event you had reservations to attend, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your event.
